We are once again expanding our portfolio of managed properties. We have recently added a 31,000 m² facility leased by HOPI, which uses it for the logistics of Vileda goods in Western Europe. 

 

The building is part of Panattoni Park Chomutov North, which was built by our sister company Panattoni CZ + SK for the Czech investment group RSJ. At Blue Assets CZ, we provide property management for the entire complex. In addition to standard technical and financial administration, we are also deeply committed to sustainability in Chomutov. The project aims to achieve BREEAM New Construction certification at the ‘Excellent’ level and boasts a range of environmental measures, including a greywater and rainwater management system, energy-efficient LED lighting, and heat pumps, which, together with highly effective thermal insulation, reduce the building’s energy consumption and minimise its carbon footprint. 

 

Moreover, Panattoni Park Chomutov North greatly supports local biodiversity. A total of 438 trees and over 12,000 shrubs have been planted in the park. The area remains unfenced and is connected to the revitalisation of nearby riparian vegetation. Ponds have been dug to increase species diversity, and bird and bat boxes have been hung throughout the site.
