We are the largest commercial property management company on the Czech market. We provide comprehensive services related to facilities management and also assist our clients in the energy sector. Robert Chmelař
Property Management Director
Responsible for the entire Blue Assets properties portfolio.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate market, mainly in the industrial sector.
Prior to joining Blue Assets, he headed the property management services department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the Panattoni development group since 2020. Previously, he also worked at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
Kateřina Nováková
Property Management Finance Director
Kateřina Nováková has been working in the field of finance and controlling for almost 7 years. At Blue Assets, she provides comprehensive financial services for investors and clients, including reporting, invoicing and service fee billing.
She is also behind the implementation of financial process automation, which streamlines work with lease agreements and invoicing.
Táňa Maršíčková
Regional Property Management Director
Táňa Maršíčková has been working in real estate for more than 10 years. Her main specialization is Property and Asset management. She gained her experience in private investors, in the Asset Services department of Cushman & Wakefield and as a Team Leader at Panattoni CZ & SK.
She was at the birth of the Blue Assets brand, where she now works with major real estate funds and tenants as Regional Property Management Director. She sees her work as an opportunity to combine strategic management with building long-term value.
Denisa Gelatková
Regional Property Management Director
Denisa Gelatková is an experienced property management professional who joined the Blue Assets team as Regional Property Management Director in December 2023. She brings to the company a wealth of experience from renowned companies such as P3, Lidl and Knight Frank.
During her career, she has been involved in the management of major projects from the Accolade Group portfolio, including Panattoni Park Cheb, Ostrov u Stříbra, and the Hořovice and Zdice industrial parks.
Vojtěch Král
Regional Property Management Director
Vojtěch Král has been working in the field of investment construction for almost 20 years, of which the last 4 years he has been part of the Blue Assets team. As Regional Property Management Director he is responsible for projects such as Panattoni Park Prague Airport I, where a major tenant Amazon operates, Panattoni Park Prague Airport II and Panattoni Park Pilsen West II.
In addition to leading the team, Vojtěch specializes in the energy sector and works with partners AEW and DRFG Investment Group.
