Our Slovak portfolio of managed properties has grown. We have started providing property management services for a 21,000 m² warehouse that is part of the Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport complex. The warehouse is used by Faurecia, part of the Forvia Group, to store components for the production of luxury car interiors. This represents its second facility in Košice. 

 

We are responsible for the complete technical management of the building, including equipment and infrastructure maintenance, operating cost optimisation, plus the implementation of modern technological solutions. We deliver a high standard of facility management, financial management, we prepare and manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and, last but not least, we continuously monitor and seek to improve the building’s environmental impact.

 

Accolade Funds Park Košice Airport is located near the border with Hungary, Poland, and Ukraine. As a result of its strategic location, it is an important logistics and manufacturing hub in Central and Eastern Europe. The location offers direct access to key European transport corridors, a nearby international airport, and high-quality railway infrastructure.
